The Education and Vocation Fund (St. Anthony's Bread): Supports the education of the newest members of the Franciscan Order. The Bread in this fund's title refers to the sustenance given by solid training in the theology which made its namesake, St. Anthony, a famous teacher and preacher. Your support of our Franciscan vocations and our Franciscan education programs goes to educate our newest brothers. It is an exciting time in the life of our province: We celebrated this past year the priestly ordination of friars Jorge Hernandez, Javier Reyes and David Gaa. In the coming summer months we are looking forward to the diaconate ordination of friar Charles Talley and the profession of solemn vows of friar Garrett Galvin.

Each of these men has completed many years of study, which could not have been possible without the support of so many friends and benefactors.
